But they are professional clerks; writing important letters on behalf of their bosses, handling office' ins and outs on daily basis and sometimes on weekends too (god knows how hectic it can be!). Just imagine a day without them in the office! Too bad, most of them are underpaid!! They survived office politics. You see, cleaners & bus drivers, some of em are professionals too (tapi amat jarang di Malaysia). Expertise in their own unique fields. It really depends on how you took the question luv. It's really of what we have in mind. My two pennies worth. Take it easy luv!
